Moe takes great pride in his witty license plate of "IILLAA." Here’s his only clue, "It’s something an Irishmen would do."
A man shrouded in mystery, what little is known about Moe revolves around his private detective office that specializes
in cases too bizarre or surreal for the police. He appeared back in Spiral City on a Spanish Galley in the middle of
morning rush hour traffic after dropping out of sight for over seven years (OAZ1).
Upon his return, Moe has worked with his friends Moose Mulligan and Robin The Clown to combat a plague of bizarre occurrences
in and around the metropolitan area.
Moe's practice is located upstairs of The Spitoon and is equipped with an arcane library, a fully functioning lab, and
his vault of the Odd. He also possesses The Compass of the Odd, a device which helps to pinpoint the sources of local
strangeness by measuring disturbances in the normalcy continuum.
